Happy Wednesday! Who saw the solar eclipse earlier this week?! It was in the path of totality here in Dallas and it was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed. I had goosebumps the whole time. I also had the privilege of sharing the experience with all my neighbors atop our building's rooftop, and it truly felt like such a special moment. Okay okay, onto the quote!
“Nothing in this universe is broken without reason. Nature doesn’t work that way. Stars collapse and become supernovas, seasons cycle to purge & renew, and your life will not break you without purpose. If you are opening to your rebirth, this is the crucifixion before you resurrect.” - Brianna Wiest ✨
In the grand tapestry of the universe, there exists a rhythm, an intricate dance of creation and destruction, of birth and rebirth. Consider the stars, those celestial giants that illuminate the night sky. When they reach the end of their lifecycle, they collapse upon themselves, unleashing a magnificent explosion known as a supernova. In their demise, they seed the cosmos with the elements necessary for new stars and planets to form. Even in their destruction, stars serve a purpose, contributing to the ongoing cycle of creation.
Likewise, observe the natural world around us, where seasons transition with graceful inevitability. Winter yields to spring, bringing forth new life as the earth awakens from its slumber. But before this renewal can occur, there is a period of purging, of letting go of the old leaves to make way for the new. The cycle of seasons teaches us that growth often requires shedding the layers of the past, allowing room for a beautiful metamorphisis.
And so it is with our own lives. We encounter challenges, hardships, and moments of despair, each one testing the depths of our resilience and spirit. Yet, in the midst of our struggles, we must remember that there is purpose in our pain, meaning in our suffering. Let the moment of doubt be an opening, a doorway to transformation.
The quote speaks to the inherent wisdom of nature, reminding us that our experiences, no matter how difficult, are not without significance. Just as the stars undergo transformation, just as the seasons cycle to purge and renew, so too do we undergo our own process of growth and evolution.
Life has a way of breaking us down, pushing us to our limits, but it is in these moments of trial that we have the opportunity to rise again, stronger and more resilient than before. It is through adversity that we discover our true strength, our capacity for growth, and our ability to embrace change.
To embrace our rebirth is to embrace the inherent beauty of life's cyclical nature, to trust in the process of growth and transformation. It is to recognize that our struggles are not meant to break us but to shape us into the person we are destined to become.
So, let us heed the wisdom of the universe, let us embrace our trials with courage and resilience, knowing that each obstacle we overcome brings us one step closer to our own rebirth. For in the end, it is not our challenges that define us but how we choose to rise above them.
Trust your journey. Rest your soul. Always leave people better than you found them and have a marvelous day and a stellar weekend ahead! 👽🫶🏻🧿
