Hello my beautiful humans!

Happy last Wednesday of February and the final quote of the month! ✨ Can you believe we’re already wrapping up another chapter? Also, fun fact, tomorrow is a new moon! So, what are we dreaming of? What are we manifesting? 🌑 Think about it, write it down, text it to me if you need some accountability. Because what we put out into the universe matters.

Now, onto today’s quote:

"Luck is a way of being. Luck is not a little person. Luck is my soul." — Gabrielle Chanel ✨

So often, we think of luck as this mystical, external force—like some invisible hand sprinkling fortune onto the lucky few. We imagine it as pure chance, a random stroke of good timing, a matter of right place, right time. And sure, there’s some randomness in life. But what if I told you that luck isn’t something that just happens to you? What if luck is something you cultivate?

Chanel is saying that luck isn’t an accident. It’s not some little leprechaun hiding in the shadows, waiting to drop good things into your lap. It’s not a four-leaf clover or a lucky penny (although if you find one, obviously pick it up). Luck is a state of being. It’s something we carry within us. It’s how we move, how we think, how we show up in the world.

Think about it: how many times have you heard someone say, Wow, they’re so lucky! when talking about someone’s success? But if you look closer, most of the time, that “luck” came from effort, risk-taking, sacrifices, showing up again and again, and making choices that aligned with where they wanted to be.

You know those moments when things just seem to fall into place? When an opportunity shows up at exactly the right time, or you cross paths with someone who changes everything? It’s easy to call it luck, but take a second—was it really random? Or was it a result of the energy you put out, the mindset you carried, and the way you positioned yourself for that moment?

Because here’s the truth: we create our own luck.

Every time you step out of your comfort zone.
Every time you take action when it would be easier to hesitate.
Every time you believe in yourself enough to try, even when the outcome is uncertain.
Every time you choose persistence over discouragement.
Every time you decide to back yourself, even before you have proof that it will work out.

That’s where luck is born.

So this week, I challenge you to step into your own luck. Move with the belief that you are the magic you’re looking for. Show up with the energy that opportunities are already aligning for you. Speak as if the things you want are already yours. Because that’s the secret - when you act like you’re lucky, life tends to rise up and meet you there.

And if you need a sign? Consider this it ♥️

Trust your journey. Rest your soul. Always leave people better than you found them, and have a lucky day and a fabulous weekend ahead! 👽🫶🏻🧿
