Happy Wednesday! Happy hump day! For some of us it might even be a short week 🐫😏 It is for me and I honestly keep forgetting, but it’s a pleasant surprise every time I remember. Alright alright, let’s get to the quote - it’s short & sweet. Which means I will probably have a lot to say 🤪

“How liberating it is to pursue wholeness over perfection.” Morgan Harper Nichols (MHN) ✨

Imagine waking up everyday and just enjoying the life you live, the day ahead. Appreciating everything you bring to the hypothetical table exactly as you are. Grateful for the big and little moments that surround you. Imagine taking off the mask of perfection and showing up E X A C T L Y as you are. Feeling the freedom, the relief, the lightness. Trusting where you are. Trusting where you are going. Trusting that every obstacle is an opportunity to learn and grow and evolve. Imagine if we didn’t drown in a sea of “what if’s”, clutter our mind by continuously striving to be a “perfect” version of ourselves.

The internet has encouraged choice and comparison. Filters, editing, and AI convincing us that we need to be better, look a certain way, live a specific lifestyle. But what if, WHAT IF, we just strive to be and to to feel whole. What if, instead of chasing an illusion, we sought to embrace our imperfections and cultivate a sense of completeness within ourselves? Being whole means acknowledging and embracing every part of ourselves, even the parts that society deems imperfect. It means recognizing that our flaws and quirks are what make us unique and human. Instead of trying to hide or erase our imperfections, we learn to celebrate them as integral parts of our identity. It's about accepting that we are a work in progress, and that growth and self-improvement are ongoing processes. It's about embracing our strengths and weaknesses and using them as stepping stones towards personal fulfillment.

Be human enough to not to dread the future. Be human enough to make mistakes. Be human enough to believe that your ideas, your hopes, you’re entire being deserve to take up space. Be human enough to be enough as you are right now as you read this. You are enough. You are whole.

Trust your journey. Rest your soul.  Always leave people better than you found them and have a stupendous day and a jubilant weekend! 👽🫶🏻🧿
